Terms and Conditions

With any new client, the first 4 sessions will be on a trial basis, after which a review with both student and parent/s will take place before offering a permanent slot.

Group sessions can have up to 4 students within a group.

If your child joins a group, please be aware that at any time, another student may be added to the group at the tutors discretion until the maximum of 4 students are reached.

Students will not be added at random to groups - I will only add a student if levels and abilities match with current students.

Whether your child has a 1:1 or group slot, these will be delivered face-to-face (and/or) zoom when needed or if preferred.

Additional hours or alternative times may be available, providing a space is available.

Days of weekly sessions can be changed if needed, provided I am able to swap with another parent/child.

If a session needs to be cancelled due to illness or other circumstances, please ensure that you let me know no later than 12pm the day of their session, or before 9pm the evening before if your session is a morning slot. Failure to do so will result in still being charged for the session.

This is due to the fact I spend a significant amount of time planning for these sessions including creating resources/documents, printing etc.

If cancellations are made before the above deadline, then this cancelled session will of course be deducted and reflected in the following months’ statement.

Any emergency cancellations will be reviewed depending on the reason.

If for any reason I need to cancel a session, I will inform you as soon as possible. This cancelled session will be deducted and reflected in the following month's statement.

Invoices for the upcoming month will be issued at the end of each month.

Payments will need to be made before your first scheduled session of that month commences.

If no payment has been made before your first session, no tuition will take place
