English Edge’s KS3 group sessions support students in Years 7–9.

These classes focus on developing fundamental skills, such as:

• reading comprehension

• essay structure

• mastering sophisticated vocabulary, punctuation, and complex sentence structures.

• crafting persuasive articles, and descriptive creative pieces

• critical analysis

The small group of 4 allows a bespoke collaborative setting to build confidence and creativity amongst the students.

We also implement KS4 skills within the group to allow a smoother transition from KS3 to GCSEs.
